Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD)
The Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD) program is an exclusive and comprehensive leadership development and networking program designed for executive leaders, managers and appointees of the City and County of Denver. The intensive two-year program that welcomes 30 select City employees each year. Curriculum for this innovative program focuses on the City’s three core leadership values: public stewardship, respect for self and others and service quality. Through focused training, education and research, LEAD participants gain insightful knowledge and skills to help them excel in both their professional and personal lives.
