Live/Work Options

The San José Redevelopment Agency has invested more than $40 million in affordable housing programs and facilitated the construction of 624 housing units within the Greater Downtown area. In Spring 2004 construction also began on the first of a two-site, mixed-use development project tailored specifically for downtown San José. The entirety of the project includes over 400 housing units, up to 136,500 square feet of retail space for ground level retail, restaurants and entertainment venues, and at least 738 parking spaces.
